GLIMMERGLASS®

by Phyllis Clarke

Glass Art

Phyllis Clarke began Glimmerglass® over fourteen years ago when she started her career as a glass blower.  She applies sculptural and off-hand techniques to create innovative artglass.  Her beads, jewelry, vessels and ornaments are made from colorful soft glass, primarily in opaque colors as well as crystal clear borosilicate glass.  Animals are her favorite subject matter.

Her work has been shown in national exhibits, books and magazines.  Galleries in several areas of the country represent her work.
