Boston Light Transformed

The ability to perceive relations between seemingly separate images and then bring them together in a single unified image is critical to photographic editing

These two images demonstrate an aspect of the Invisible Cafe process- taking a photograph and altering it for graphic potential. This kind of work is particularly well suited to editorial work. The stamp on the bottom is made to appear like a water color intentionally.

Boston Light is open from late spring to late fall. It is the oldest lighthouse station in the nation, and the only one still operated as a working light house station by the Coast Guard.
