Philatelists need constant mental stimulation.  They often sit around the tribal campfire in three concentric rings call "tugas"and answer questions posed by the head elder or "dealer' as he is called.  The first ring is reserved for the children who are just learning their culture.  The second ring is for neophyte warriors who have not yet bled at the altar of "Lost Shipments."  Finally, the third ring is composed of the tribal elders who stare into the flames and nod knowingly at each question.  We were fortunate enough to tape record several of these sessions and will transcribe them here each month.
