Dead Man - Live Man

Philatellicians are fond of playing "Dead Man - Live Man." A simple game consisting of two word scrambles. The first is a scrambled list of several active stamp issuing countries. When correctly assembled the highlighted letters can be used to spell the name of the "Dead Country." Conversely, but more difficult, the second part has a list of "Dead" countries and the correct highlighted letters are used to spell the name of an active stamp issuing country.
