  We had a successful breeding of Olympia and Xander in the middle of November. The puppies were born January 14th, 2002. There were 5 girls and 4 boys.

We feel that Olympia's excellent structure and movement are traits that our breed could stand to improve on. Olympia hips are rated OFA-Excellent and her elbows are clear. She has had her eyes examined and has CERF'ed clear.

Olympia has a sweet loving temperament and loves to work, although she can get a little excited when she thinks its time to go somewhere. Because she has Can/Am Ch. Samuel vom Steinhof (Willie) on both sides of her pedigree, we think that she has the potential to produce some very good dogs with outstanding working temperaments.

Xander(zon' der) lives with Kathleen Kennedy in Ontario, Canada and was a Best in Specialty Show winner in Canada in 1999. He has a very nice front and good length of neck. These are things that Olympia needs to improve on and good fronts in our breed are few and far between. Xander is a very balanced dog with a nice head and substantial bone.
