The Women's Caucus for Art, founded in 1972 in connection with the College Art Association (CAA), is a national member organization unique in its multi-disciplinary, multicultural membership of artists, art historians, students, educators, and museum professionals.     The Philadelphia Chapter is the oldest chapter of the Women’s Caucus for Art.

As an official chapter of the National Women’s Caucus for Art, we support and uphold their mission statement and by laws. In addition, our chapter is committed to creating a support network for women in the visual arts in Philadelphia and surrounding communities. We strive to increase awareness and recognition of women in the visual arts through our exhibitions, lectures, publications and other educational programming.

Thank you for considering the Philadelphia Women’s Caucus. We look forward to hearing from you.
