Information on WCA-Philadelphia and Projects
Project: Members of the WCA can choose to create artwork,
based on Rubia motifs, on a 10x10 piece of fabric. These pieces will be sewn together in a large quilt, with a
Rubia embroidery centered in the quilt.
Any medium can be used, as long as it stays within
the 10 x10 square. Please
look at Rubia motifs for inspiration and interpretation.
Not a member? Here’s how to join: http://www.nationalwca.org/membership/membership.html
Be sure to select Pennsylvania (PAP) for your local dues. Members from other chapters
can
participate by paying a $25 assembly fee and donation to Rubia. We have members from
DC, Florida,
Oregon, and Missouri Chapters participating.
