	High school seniors, college undergraduates, graduate students, creative and performing arts students, and those needing financial aid and who are members of JACL are eligible to apply for National JACL Scholarships. National applications may be found at the National JACL website. The Philadelphia Chapter also sponsors the Jack Ozawa Scholarship for local area high school students.
