How to goof up a stereograph

Alignment mistakes guaranteed to make your stereographs hard to view:

Correct
   

Left image on the left. Right image on the right.
Images aligned horizontally.
No rotation.
No size difference.

Images aligned horizontally.

Also called a 'pseudoscopic' image, the stuff in the back looks like it's in the front.
