The Mormons Love Bush
So, the president is coming to Salt Lake tomorrow for the Legion convention. Everyone will be downtown either cheering
or protesting. The mayor of Salt Lake, Rocky Anderson (yes, his name is Rocky) will be protesting. The gov, John
Huntsman, Jr. will be cheering. Guess which one is Mormon. Go ahead, guess. I'll give you a moment.
Needless to say - I'll be avoiding downtown at all costs tomorrow.

Salt Lake's on Fire!
I sent out an email the other day with links to the wild fire that was burning
just 3/4 of a mile from me on the east bench of Salt Lake City. I got a number of emails back commenting
on the fact that the newspaper I linked them to had a photo gallery on a youth polygamy rally. I didn't even notice
that. That just goes to show that I've been out here long enough that those sorts of thing just bleed into the background.
Olympics, Jell-O, polygamy, 3.2% beer - none of it fazes me anymore. I've got the link on here in case you missed it.
