Earthquake Point as Modeled This photo by Bernie Kempinski shows the Earthquake Point and the highway overpass as well as the high tension electical transmission tower. Bernie used his own Conrail unit to lead the Burlington Northern unit because it was better detailed than my BN and CORY units. Conincidently, when the Cascade & Columbia River Railroad took over operation of the line, one of their three locomotives was an ex-Conrail GP40. To make this look right, all we need do is paint over the Conrail herald and marks and insert a CSCD over the cab-side road number! Another note, although these units are both six-axle units (SD-40 and C30-7), the W-O Branch is actually restricted to four-axle units. The current owner has two GP40s and a GP38.

The two green box cars, second and third behing the locomotives, are Columbia & Okanogan Railway cars. They have yellow ends and the decals match the CORY herald at the top of this page.
