"Basketweave" water pitcher

Colored glass was popular in the 1870-1880 decade, mostly amber, blue, canary (vaseline), apple green. Later in the 1890s cobalt and emerald green as well as ruby or amber stained became popular.

"Ashburton" creamer

An early piece from 1850-1860.  Leaded (flint) glass, applied handle, simple geometric design, heavy.   Made by several companies with slight variations, Bakewell being one.
