Samples: Once you place your order and tell me what
you want I will make up samples and email them to you
for approval. It takes a lot of time and effort to
make a project sample so I will not make a sample before
the item is paid for. No exceptions. If you
want to see what type of work I do please have a look
around. Once I start working on a project
there will be no refunds. No exceptions. If
you don't like the item let me know what you do like and
I will redo the sample until we find something you
like. Please proofread the sample carefully and
let me know if there are any changes. Once you
approve the sample and I print there will be no refunds
for any misspelled words or other errors. Thank
you for your understanding.
Shipping:
I send out most
projects via USPS
Mail.
Note:
I will email digital files (ie: nameplates, buttons,
banners or cutter files) that I create, to you or if
you prefer I can put it in a zip file and you can
download it from an address that I will set up for you
to go to.
Minimum order: There is NO minimum order. You
can purchase as much or as little as you
like.
Refunds:
Due to the
nature of this business and the fact that I email you
proofs of everything before the final print out, there
are NO refunds. Please double check the proofs
carefully before approving them.
International
Orders: At this time we only sell to
USA residents or to anyone who has a USA address.
All orders must be paid in US
dollars.
