I do all sorts of needlecrafts,
including quilting, patchwork, needlepoint, bobbin lace, crochet, knitting, counted cross-stitch, tatting and sewing.
The pictures on this page are only samples of the kinds of things I do.
If you want to see more needlework, please click on the link as directed in the note  which accompanies each type of needlework.
You will be taken to an annex web-site where there are many more pictures. Right now there is only a link for quilts.

My mom started this needlepoint about 25 years ago,
and decided she hated it,
and put it away still on the frame,
and never worked on it.
I found it when we cleaned out the house
after my father died.
She still didn't want it, even if I finished it.
So I worked on it during lunch hours,
and finished it on 30 August 2006.
It was a challenge--
some of the canvas had broken
 and had to be rewoven.
There wasn't enough blue or cream
to finish the sky and clouds.
New wool didn't match!
I carefully mounted in on sticky board
so more canvas wouldn't tear .
My husband found the frame and cut the mat.
**************
It's Neuschwanstein Castle in Bavaria,
and I visited there when I was a
student in Germany in 1968.

This is a counted cross-stitch family tree
which I made for my parents-in-law's
 50th wedding anniversary.
I do all sorts of handicrafts and needlework,
 including quilting, counted cross stitch,
needlepoint, rug hooking,
 tatting, and crochet.
 I use "Electric Quilt" and
"PC Stitch" to design projects.
