I was diagnosed with
autonomic nervous system dysfunction in 1993
and fibromyalgia in 1997.
I have started taking yoga classes
and am doing a series of sun salutations
every day
which I am finding alleviates some of the pain and
fatigue
I experience with the fibromyalgia.
I try not to let these things slow me down,
and do a number of different crafts in addition to
my research.

Our house is called "Schloss Rawsonwolfe" and we refer
to our cats as the "moat monsters." To see pictures of the moat monsters, please go to KATZENGESICHT.
David and I also volunteeer at a no-kill shelter, NEADY
CATS, in Princeton, Mass. David takes photographs for their websites and I do whatever they need me to do, from cleaning cages
to socializing unhappy newcomers. Some of the cats there are unadoptable for various reasons, and so we sponsor one (currently a
nice orange guy named "Captain Crooked" because he is, very). Our sponsorship helps pay for medicines, treats, and general
upkeep for this cat which might otherwise be euthanized. Some of our other favorites are Little Larry, Pookie, Roo and Milo.
To see pictures of our kitty friends and of the NEADY CATS facility, please click on the link to NEADY CATS.
