Lincoln Place is located a block east of Lincoln Blvd (PCH 1) and California St. in Venice, California about one mile east of the beach and just south of Santa Monica. It is bounded by Frederick Street, Lake Street, Penmar Avenue and an alley just north of Rialto and encompasses 35 acres.
