Leppert and Emerson graduate; Gary Meyers elected to his first term.
The Club is graced with Doug Whitehead, Capt, USA; and the likes of
Uhler, Brunberg, Litzinger, Herd, Bates, Crawford, and McKeever. Monsimer
Returns in October.. Phil Coady graduates in December.. Whitehead fills
position of Secretary.

February 9: UP&E Revolution Fails..... Work Started on new Avis stone
bridge... Near record Spring Open House held-- 889 attended! Club buys
spectrum F40PH from Doug Whitehead, scrapping repower project for the
Life-Like... Doug Whitehead elected president... Joe Alexander joins in the Spring, and Bill Swain joins
in the fall...
1994
PENNRAIL/NC SAGA... Doug Whitehead's term ends, he graduates and moves to
West Point, NY. During his term, Reading Steam graced the layout...
Gary Meyers Reelected President, the first split-term president.... Craig
Bates elected to his first of three terms as Treasurer.. Frank's lumber
moves from Vail to Mill Hall; Centre Gas moves in its place...
Fall Open House held Homecoming Weekend with favourable results..
1995
PSMRRC Paints a "National Champion" Boxcar... Alumni List, 1956-1995
compiled.. FRLX Discoverd.... NissaRail is Born... Avis bridge still
incomplete... Librarian/Historian office Created.. Joe Alexander is
first... McKeever elected President, Greg Herd as Vice President, and
Nissa Bala elected Secretary. (The first female officer, to our knowledge)
1996
Steam returns to the UP&E. John Thomsen marshals steam fleet numbering
about 15. Avis Bridge is finished! Rob McKeever re-elected president over Mr.
Thomsen, who gains VP. Craig Bates elected to third term as Treasurer.
Joe Alexander moves to Harrisburg, resigns
L/H position; Jose Mayet fills it. Doug Whitehead heard from.... PSMRRC Appears
in 1997 La Vie, and Dec 8th, 1996 issue of the Daily Collegian... CMRA is formed
by the guys at RITMRC.... Ntrak module sceniked... (Yes, it took SIX years)
1997
Mark Wurst moves to Connecticut... Chris Wolfe elected President... Craig Bates
leaves town, and Bill Hudak is elected Treasurer.
Final Layout 4 Open House held in October;
Monsimer, Mellott, Leppert and Emerson seen.. Leppert wins the raffle loco, an
NS C44-9W, and donates it back to the club.. SP & CNW power rule Sunday.
The Presidents train is painted in UP&E Blue, with cars lettered for Graham Spanier, Ralph D. Hetzel,
Eric A. Walker, Evan Pugh and William Allen. Pennrail paints a business car in honor
of Dr. John Spychalski, club Advisor. The last power to run on the layout
is in CMU RR colors... October sees destruction of fourth layout,
and who knows when a new home will be had.....
1998
Modules begin in earnest. Membership expands to Altoona. Club receives record allocation
of $5680. Space still not at hand. Entire Ntrak module donated by Bud Windell. Modules
progress toward debut show -- four corners and eight 4' straights and a 2' straight at University
Park, and a pair of straights at Altoona. PSMRRC to host a modular show at Altoona on the 25th of
April..
