How to find Peninsula Yacht Club

PYC clubhouse

Peninsula Yacht Club is in Redwood City just off highway 101 approximately midway between the San Mateo-Hayward bridge and the Dumbarton bridge.

Approaching on 101 northbound:

Get off at the Seaport Boulevard/ Woodside Road exit, going east on Seaport. At the first traffic light, turn left. That road will end in a tee at Maple St. Turn right onto Maple St.

Approaching on 101 southbound:

Get off at the Whipple Ave. exit, going south on Veterans Boulevard. After about a mile, at the traffic light just past the KMart, turn left onto Maple St.

Once on Maple St.:

Follow Maple as it make a hard left turn, past South Bay Boatworks, through another hard left, and then turn right into Docktown Marina. Go to the big blue water tank with the burgee painted on it. That's us.

Approaching by water:

Peninsula Yacht Club is on Redwood Creek in Docktown Marina, just 100 yards from where the creek goes under 101. There's not a lot of water in Docktown anymore, only a few feet at low tide at the guest dock. If you're concerned about water depth, you may be happier tying up at Pete's Harbor (deepest) or Peninsula Marina. Near 101, there's a footbridge over the creek from the Pete's/Peninsula side to the Docktown side.

However you do it, please come on down!
