Connie has painted a place for herself in the
world of contemporary art. Her work has received national recognition in numerous publications, shows and awards and is in
public and private collections across the US. The New York Allied Artist Exhibition, Watercolor USA National Exhibition and
the Rocky Mountain National Watermedia Exhibition are examples. Connie's paintings have been featured in North Light Magazine,
Watercolor Magazine which is an American Artist publication, Strathmore Papers Testimonial national ads, Women Artists
in America II, Artist/USA, and Who's Who in American Art. She has signature status in both the Southern Watercolor Society
and the Tennessee Watercolor Society. Connie believes each artist has their own personal shapes and forms just waiting to
be discovered.
Her passion in teaching watercolor is to help
the students free up their minds to any preconceived ideas and methods, have an adventure expressing their individuality
and their creative spirit as well as eliminate any fear of the media...basically have fun!

up rapidly with returning students. She brings out the artist in even the most tentative beginner and helps the more
advanced student to experience a higher level of accomplishment
