Changes have been made in the Boy Scout advancement program for the Tenderfoot, Second Class, and First Class ranks. Changes have also been made to the list of required merit badges for the Eagle Scout rank.

The following new rank requirements will be effective April 1, 1999:

• Tenderfoot Scout Rank Requirements
• Second Class Scout Rank Requirements
• First Class Scout Rank Requirements
• Merit Badges Required for Eagle Scout Rank
