Background
Proposal and grant support has been provided to customers of all sizes in the Washington, DC - Baltimore, MD area as well as around the country. Proposals have addressed many vertical markets and consisted of a variety of products and services, including IT and health care related. Proposals have been written to many federal, state, and local agencies. Grants have been written to federal agencies and commercial sources. Systems analysis services are provided to assist customers in evaluating operations, legacy applications, and COTS products. Services include detailed analysis of requirements and existing code. These services have been applied in numerous vertical markets. Business process re-engineering services are provided to analyze existing operations and recommend and/or implement products and improvements that will result in (any or all) less manual handling, lower cost, faster handling, and improved accuracy. Design and development of computer applications and relational database management has been provided in several computer languages and DBMS packages for a variety of applications and clients. Implementations have ranged from simple data entry processing to complex order entry and management. Technical writing of Information Technology and health documents has been provided that relies on extensive knowledge of the health care industry and technologies. Documents have consisted of proposals related to health care and user and technical manuals for health care products and technologies. Instructional systems design (ISD), training program development, and hands-on technical training has been provided to numerous customers. ISD programs have been custom designed to support agency programs and operations. Provide full life-cycle support for scientific, business processes, and other applications. Support can range from initial analysis through developing specifications, development, and final implementation, including documentation and training. Provide support in FORTRAN, C, SQL, Informix, FoxPro/Visual FoxPro, and assembler on personal computers, workstations, minicomputers, and mainframes in stand-alone and networked environments. Experienced at project management and can provide highly qualified associates to assist on projects. Test program development and implementation.
