After Shadow's Witness, the Erevis Cale stories continue
with The Erevis Cale Trilogy.
After The Erevis Cale Trilogy, the story of Cale and his
companions continues with the three books of The Twilight
War (and the tie-in anthology, Realms of War).
Other Stories
I have begun to expand my writing into other areas. I have a fantastical
horror/suspense story in the anthology Horrors Beyond II, from Elder Signs Press (along with a lot of other great
authors) and a short story, "The Spinner," in Sails and Sorcery, Tales of Nautical Fantasy. In addition, my short
story, "Confession," which originally appeared in Dragon magazine #356, will be reprinted in Worlds of Their Own,
from Paizo Press. Links are below:
I have also written a handful of short stories that appeared in Dragon magazine. They are as follows:
Another Name for Dawn, which appeared in Dragon issue #277, and tells the story of Erevis Cale's flight from Westgate.
All the Sinners Saints, which appeared in Dragon issue #297, and is available for free on this website here. Cause
and Effect, which appeared in Dragon #301, and features a half-orc bent on vengeance in the ruins of Inner Phlan. Confession
(mentioned above, as it will reprinted in Worlds of Their Own from Paizo Press), which appeared in Dragon 356, is
not set in the Forgotten Realms but in my own setting of New Dineen. It is a story of possession and absolution. All of the
foregoing issues should be available on backorder through Paizo Publishing.
R.A. Salvatore's War of the Spider Queen
The War of the Spider Queen is a six book series
of novels set in The Forgotten Realms and featuring the fascinating race of underground dwelling elves called 'the
drow.' I was fortunate enough to be selected to write the sixth and final book of this N.Y. Times Bestselling series.
The War of the Spider Queen is also available in two boxed
gift sets of three books each (all paperback).
Forgotten Realms Anthologies
My story in Realms of Shadow is entitled Too
Long in the Dark and is a tragi-comedy featuring a quasit familiar named Pleeancis the Mighty.
My story in Realms of the Dragons is entitled Soulbound.
It stands alone just fine, but ties in indirectly to the Erevis Cale stories.
