Member of the corporate business management and creative team (reported directly to the President) in charge of planning and managing all aspects of the client engagement lifecycle - concept and creative development, strategic planning, production planning/management, budgeting, scheduling, team leadership (staff, freelancers, subcontractors, client partners), resource allocation, safety, quality and client relations.   • Jaguar - Created unique, high-impact venues and presentations for Jaguar media product and technology presentations. Initiated efforts, resource sharing and communications between Jaguar public affairs and sales and marketing organizations.
