North Texas Vizsla Rescue

Adoption Application

We are now taking applications for our waiting list.  If you do not live in Texas, we will be happy to forward your application to the regional Vizsla Rescue coordinator in your area.  A link to the list of regional Vizsla Rescue contacts is available on our Links page.

Your answers on this application will help us to get to know a little about you. The more we know, the more confident we can be that your adoption will be successful. It is very important that this application be completed fully and truthfully.  While we regularly make allowances for a wide range of conditions, we do not provide Vizslas to people who are untruthful.  We need to be able to trust the people who adopt our dogs.  We apologize if this seems a little threatening, but we are trying to take good care of our dogs.

After you submit this application, a member of North Texas Vizsla Rescue will contact you.

Plese note NTVR reservers the right to refuse or deny any application.

Press the TAB key to move thru the fields, pressing ENTER will submit you application.
