According to Buddhist teachings, after death, we enter the 'Bardo' before reincarnating into one of the six possibilities of the hell realm, the realm of hungry ghosts, animal realm, human, demi god / goddess realm, goddess / god realm.  "At the time of death, we are blown about by the force of our own karmic actions.  The result of negative karmic actions is rebirth in the lower realms.  In order to discouage ourselves from negative actions, we should try to imagine whether we would be able to bear the sufferings of the lower realms.  Having seen that happiness is a consequence of positive actions, we will take great pleasure in accumulating virtue.  Equating your own experience with that of others, you will be able to develop strong compassion, for you will understand that their sufferings are no different from your own and that they also wish to achieve liberation.   . .  .According to the scriptures, the hells are located a certain distance directly below Bodha Gaya, the place in India where the Buddha achieved enlightenment.  If you were to actually travel that distance, you would end up in the middle of America."

According to the Maya wisdom,  we are in the process of completing the 520 year long time of the  Nine Hells and beginning the Thirteen Heavens.  The 26,000 year long count calendar ends the time of the 4th Sun and we enter the 5th Sun.  How climatic that the Nine Hells ends with the heated Global Warming crisis.  Thankfully, Mother Earth is blessed with the enlightened mind and motivation of the Tibetan Buddhist community of meditators and holy people.  Their land is geographically situated directly opposite to the heart of Turtle Island - the sacred Black Hills - which are in the centre of  the North American continent.  The Black Hills and Tibet are both valuable spiritual vortices that have terribly desecrated in recent years.  Who's raising hell on Earth, anyway?  Some demons from off`planet?    Mother Earth was created in a beautifully balanced fashion. Now, White Buffalo Calf Woman keeps her promise to return and restore the Sacred Feminine.  The instructions of her prophecy describe the Earth as a Medicine Wheel (like a mandala) that needs to be activated for this transition that she calls, 'The Shift of the Ages'.  

The next grand cycle of time begins with the humanitarian, radical Age of Aquarius >> ushered in by Mayan Moon goddess, IX CHEL, of the Yucatan who's assisting White Buffalo Calf Woman revive the enlightened vibration of the mystical Sacred Feminine.  Quien sabe?  Maybe our favouite Tibetan monk, the Dalai Lama, has a divine feminine counterpart ready to dazzle us with her wisdom and compassion?
