Occassionally, White BUffalo Woman shows
up in
a vision to guide my journey with the prophecy
In one vision, she appears floating in the air
above a calm lake in the Black Hills.
In her arms she's holding a bouquet
of purple~blue Irises. She speaks the Lakota phrase,
"CHANTE ISHTA".

The Irises she held were the wild variety that
grow around lakes in the Hills. The first time I ever saw them, the Irises surprized me. I had no idea these flowers
ever grew in the wild.
