A Few Things About Me
I work for Alcott Rehabilitation Hospital, division of Sun Mar
Corp. in Los Angeles. I am in charge of running the dietary department. My title is D.S.S.
(which is Dietetic Service Supervisor). I have held this position for 7 years now. I find
the job both rewarding and fulfilling. Being on the forefront of dietary issues, I am
constantly watching various cooking shows and browsing through many cooking magazines and
books. I decided to share my love of these recipes with others. With the
help of my friend Gregg, I
began assembling recipes and web pages. This effort has metamorphosed into a
full blown Website: The Recipe Hound.
There are now close to 1500 recipes available for download and use. Please check
it out and enjoy!
