DYNAMIC FIGURE GESTURE: demonstration with model

Music and nature inspire the creation of Justine’s visual imagery as she regularly crosses the boundaries between works on paper, wall art and wearable art.   In a “performance demonstration” working to different kinds of music and a live costumed model, Justine will show how different music drives the mood and dynamic of the drawing.  The model will go through 3 - 4 different costume changes with the finale being an ensemble from Justine's collection of artwear clothing.

 

MY JOURNEY WITH SHIBORI PLEATING -Slide presentation

Justine begins with a slide presentation showing her background and influences .  The presentation focuses on the evolution of her Fairfield and Bernina Fashion Show garment designs.  One or two actual garments will be on display.
