Paladen Kennels has been a very active hobby kennel for 33 years,
with its breeder having been designated by the AKC as a 'Breeder of Merit'. Carefully planned, occasional litters have produced
many top winners with awards and titles in show, field, agility, obedience, rally, and tracking. Our home-raised puppies and
adults are available to homes that will make them a part of the family, whether or not there are also plans to compete or
hunt with them.
Since this is not a commercial enterprise, there will likely be a wait for just the perfect match
for your needs with one of our Pointers or German Shorthaired Pointers. However, sometimes other responsible breeders have
puppies descending from our lines, or litters we co-breed, that we can refer you to in other areas of the USA or Canada.

- Our Pointer litter, bred by Diane Whitehead & Karen Detterich and born on March 4, 2013, is
a very similar breeding to the Zapata x Mia litter, as the sire is a Zapata son, GCH Xanalot Xclamation Point ('Xander') bred
to Mia.
- One black & white male (a possible competition prospect)
