Creekside Farm is a small(primarily) foxhunting barn located in Afton, Va.

Page Turner, owner and trainer, has been working with horses professionally for over 30 years.

Her style and technique are a unique combination of traditional hunter/jumper theory tempered with the principles of natural horsemanship. 

The result is :

Practical Natural Horsemanship.

Practical Natural Horsemanship uses the ground work and principles of natural horsemanship as applied to the normal, traditional cues of English riding for dressage, show jumping, show hunters, eventing and foxhunting.  The horses which go through Page's hands have a much better understanding of what their job is in the human world.  The riders who take lessons from Page, have a much better understanding of how to work with their horses so their horses understand their job in the human world. 

Both horse and rider learn skills essential for their desired discipline.  Riders also recieve a generous dose of  theory and education in balanced equitation.
