Objectives ...
Called The OWFISH Project, a non-incorporated enterprise
established by Kenny and Barbara Sallee, both disabled American veterans,
to raise funding to provide social and recreational activities for disabled American veterans of the United States Armed Forces
(USAF). |
Purpose ...
The OWFISH Project was created exclusively to promote and foster
recreational vehicle travel, boating and sportfishing opportunities for disabled American military veterans, as determined
by the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs to have a service connected disability, and their families, and for the preservation, maintenance and operating cost of
the vintage motoryacht known as the M/V Shangri-La, entrusted to The OWFISH Project for activity purposes, as
amended from time to time. |
We rely on what we can afford to spend on maintaining and operating the
M/V Shangri-La from our veteran disability benefits, through profits earned through different resourses, and by the generous
support of individuals, like you, who wants to give back to our service men and women who received disabling injuries in line
of their military duties.
You can support our mission by making a donation to our cause or by buying products from our
CafePress.com online store.
