To the G G Iron Water Ranch. Our Ranch, 20 acers in southern Utah West of Cedar City.
My husbund and I bought the property in 1996 while still living in Las Vegas, NV.
Gary (my husband) worked for the county for 31 years and I (Gail) was a native of Las Vegas and worked
out of the home as a dog training instructor for 20 years. I show dogs in dog sports accross the country and I
very selectively breed American cocker spaniels for performance sports.
We made the big move to the Ranch in August 2005, where we now live off the grid, using solar energy and pump
our water from the well with solar energy. we have septic tank, Satelite TV, satelite internet,
and cell phones.
