FREE INITIAL CONSULTATION
The Feng Shui practitioner can provide a free 15-minute phone consultation. In this initial conversation, discussion will include what the client's needs and expectations are, as well as the relevant facts regarding the location. During this discussion, the Feng Shui practitioner will determine if her services are likely to lead to a successful outcome. If both parties wish to further explore a possible agreement, the consultant will then submit a project proposal within two weeks.

SERVICES AVAILABLE
Corporate, business, and residential consultations are available. Everything from corporately owned buildings to small rooms can be analyzed, all depending on the needs of the client. The consultant will analyze each space based on Tao, Yin and Yang, Chi, Elements, and Bagua, with an eye for the use of space and the needs of the client. Addressing the specificities of each site and client is the key to Feng Shui analysis. The consultant will emphasize a high level of professional service carefully tailored to the individual needs of each client.

FEES
Fees are determined on a per-project basis. Every single project is unique, and contains many variables. Each client and their space are different. Additionally, a quality Feng Shui report always includes original analysis specifically tailored to the particular location and its inhabitants. In order to remain professionally responsible, enough relevant facts and details are required in order to create an accurate project proposal agreement and fee contract.

INITIAL VISIT
A Feng Shui consultation will typically involve one initial visit to the location. There, the consultant will interview each resident of the location as is feasible, and walk through the inside and outside of a location, examining the details of each space to obtain a thorough understanding of each situation. The consultant will carefully listen to the client, in order to understand their needs, aspirations, and constraints. A written report will be delivered and reviewed in person when the Feng Shui analysis is complete.

REPORT
A report is created that gives specific detailed advice regarding changes to be made in the physical environment. The report will consist of analysis and recommendations, plus any photographs taken as illustrations, and any sketches originated during the initial consultation.
One month of telephone/e-mail support is provided to answer any additional questions you may have about the report.

PAYMENT
One half of the fee will be due upon the client's signed acceptance and return of the project proposal agreement, and the other half due upon receipt of the final report. Payment plans are available by special request for those experiencing financial restriction.
