This Code of Ethics provide guidelines to Ravenna Creek Feng Shui and its conduct
with clients, colleagues and community. As a professional Feng Shui organization, all
consultants will exercise judgment, self-restraint and conscience in their conduct at all times in order to
establish and maintain public confidence in the integrity of the practice of Feng Shui and to encourage equitable practices
among all who are involved with the profession of Feng Shui.
PROFESSIONAL
CONDUCT
Act with integrity, honesty and professionalism at all times throughout
the consultation.
Seek to further the development of Feng Shui as a professional
discipline.
Does not defame other Feng Shui practitioners.
Advertises professional services in a truthful and responsible manner.
Promote the standards within this code.
DUTY OF CARE
Give clients’ full and undivided attention, and a report that
reflects this.
Take responsibility for ensuring that the client fully understands the
nature of their Feng Shui consultation.
Treat all client details with confidentiality and not disclose confidential
information without prior consent of the client.
When appropriate, a consultant may recommend referral to another,
more suitably qualified professional.
Keep clear and accurate records of all consultations. In the event it is needed, the access to these records will be available.
Will not carry out any other disciplines, therapies or practices
during a Feng Shui consultation unless entitled to by training or qualifications.
COMPETENCE
Only undertake work for which one is able to provide adequate professional
and technical competence and resources.
Carry out professional work, ethically, faithfully and conscientiously and
with due regard to relevant professional standards.
Provide advice in keeping with level of training and knowledge.
Continue to expand personal Feng Shui knowledge and training
as a part of professional development.
CLIENT SERVICE
Respond in a timely manner to requests for information, quotes, or
other inquiries.
Treat each client with respect, dignity, and superior customer service.
Any questions or complaints will be responded to promptly and appropriately.
Ravenna Creek Feng Shui reserves the right to refuse service to
anyone, or to refer current or future clients elsewhere if appropriate.
