"It is NOT an S or SS. It is a regular Titan II.
It comes with an Icon Radio.
No transponder as this aircraft has a Mode C waiver.  My home base airport is within the Phoenix mode C area and a waiver from Tracon allows un-restricted flight within the area.  The altimeter AND vertical speed is digital and is part of the EIS system (that's the LCD Display unit)
The chute is an extra $2000.  I bought it new for around $3400

I sent the following questions to the seller of this Rans S-12XL:

Hi Ken,

We are interested in your S-12 XL.  A few questions:
1)  Can you confirm that the wings fold with no problem?  Essential for our hangar situation.
2)  Apparently no ELT or transponder?
3)  What's the full N number?  I can make out the "N62...." in the panel photo.  BTW, very nice large photos.
4)  When is the annual due?
5)  Does the engine have the oil cooler? 
6)  Elevator trim with indicator?

Joe,

I will answer your questions below. If I miss anything or want more
clarification let me know.

1. Wing folding on any S model can be done but is not easy. It was and is
not designed for daily folding as there are bolts, wires and fuel to worry
about. It takes two people and some modification to the tail as you have to
unbolt the wires. It only hangs off the rear wing spar and you would need to
make a rack for the wings to sit in. The wing folding was designed for
transporting on rare occasions. There are only a couple planes made that
fold easy for daily storage. Again, it can be done but is not a very easy
task. Just want to be clear an upfront so you know. If it is temporary
storage you need till a hanger comes available I may have some space in
mine...

2. Has an ELT which is required but no transponder.

3. N62ML is the full number

4. Annual was just done a month ago. So ready for a year of flying...

5. No oil cooler on this one. Not required on most 912 ULS motors outside a
cowling. The oils stays cool by the tank alone and temps have never been a
problem. I thought of adding one as a backup for cooling. They are about
$135.00 plus thermostat.

6. Yes. Has trim with indicator....

impression it was a one man operation and no big deal.  Thanks much for 
that info.  I own a Sky Raider 1 and it is one of the easily folded 
ones.  We'll have to assess the impact on our proposed hangar situation.
