We have many plants too  few  to list. If you have a particular interest, ask and we may be able to supply what you want. All plants availability is subject to previous sale.  Although we try to use pictures that best show the true colors and forms of the actual blooms, sometimes variation is seen (even in mericlones) over which we have no control. In cases such as this, we can not be responsible for the alteration from the pictured bloom.

At most times, our greenhouses are open to the public on Monday through Saturday 10AM to 5PM EDT, so if you are in our area and want to come by, give us a call for instructions on how to find us.

PAYMENTS:

Orders may  be placed by regular mail, phone, fax or email. Please send payment with the order in the form of a check or money order made out to WOODLAND ORCHIDS or we also accept MasterCard and Visa (minimum $20.00 charge).  Call (Tuesday through Saturday 11AM to 5PM EDT), email or fax order with your account number and expiration date.

North Carolina residents, please add 7.5% sales tax.

DISCOUNTS:
Orders $100 - $250        5% Discount applies
Orders $250 - $750      10% Discounts applies
Orders over $750         20% Discount applies

PACKING, HANDLING & SHIPPING CHARGES:

Orders less than $100 : add 15% of net plant value (min. $13.00) for packing, handling and shipping
Orders $100 - $200 :       add 10% for packing, handling and shipping
Orders over $200 :         add 5% for packing and handling charges, actual shipping will be billed separately.

Shipments are made only to the USA.

Shipments are insulated when necessary to protect from heat and cold and are shipped US Priority Mail, FedEx or UPS. Should you consider it necessary for the shipment to be made during severe weather conditions in your area, or en route to your area, we will ship next day air (we may bill for additional shipping) and you must assume liability, in writing, prior to the shipment.

It is advisable, for cold areas, that your order be held by us to be shipped when the weather permits. There is no additional charge for this service and it ensures that you will be able to obtain the plant items you want.

The greatest possible care will be taken in packing your order. We guarantee that all plants leave our greenhouse in good condition. If you have problems with a plant, please notify us promptly. We have no control over carrier treatment; in the unlikely event that your shipment arrives damaged, inspect all plants immediately upon arrival and report damages immediately to the carrier and file a claim. Retain all boxes and packaging material for the inspector to examine and advise us of actions taken.
