Update 4/30/97
U2 rocked the fan's world in Vegas and San Diego. Although they had a few problems with some of the set, overall they set the house on fire. Remember when Bono's voice went out at the first concert of the JT tour? Some say his voice was weak in Vegas but all reports say he was in top form last monday in San Diego. As we speak I am listening to boots of the Vegas and San Diego concerts. Yup, they are already out!! Thanks Matt!!
Update 5/02/97
U2 played their best concert ever last night in Denver!! From the reports coming in Bono took control and blasted the mile high city into orbit. They played a strong set with none of the problems that had been there at Vegas and San Diego. The live Miami is supposed to be a blockbuster. Many fans were quoted as saying the Denver show was the BEST and GREATEST live concert they had ever been to in their lives. History in the making folks. Get those tix now.
Update 5/10/97
WOW!!! WOW!!! WOW!!! and DOUBLE WOW!!! I was totatally BLOWN away last nite in Phoenix. The boys took the stage amid 90 degree temperatures and proceeded to make Sun Devil 97 a truly historic show. This is the stadium where parts of Rattle and Hum were filmed. This update is being given given by laptop from the Raddison Hotel only a few minutes after the show. When the boys entered the b-stage amid the cheering 40,000+ crowd pure pandemonium took over amid the blasting POPmuzik anthem. Bono pranced and haunted the stage like some love starved alley cat. They had the same set list as before. This show made my mind up. I am getting a courier flight in mid August and seeing them in London and then in DUBLIN!!!!!! A truly amazing band! They are the best live band in the world bar none.
