I/We also waive, release, absolve, indemnify, and hold harmless Florida Basketball & Volleyball Association, Inc., Volusia County School Board, City of Deltona, Flagler County School Board, their officers, directors, sponsors, drivers, employees, coaches, and volunteers for any claim arising out of an injury to the player named above. Registration fee includes a non-refundable $20 administration fee and there are no refunds after regular season games begin. The Volusia County School Board/City of Deltona are not affiliated with this event in any manner nor does it assume any responsibility for any activities, which may occur in connection with it.
