RSVP (Refund Support Vocations Program):

The OLM Council is proud to sponsor Branson Hipp of the Archdiocese of Atlanta who is preparing for the Priesthood at St. Joseph Seminary College in St. Benedict, Louisiana.  Last summer, with the financial assistance of our Council, Branson spent some time working with the poor in Mexico.  Branson is a Parishioner at Holy Trinity Catholic Church in Peachtree City, Georgia, and wants to become a Knight and a member of our Council, just as soon as his very busy schedule will permit.

Cub Scout Pack 1857

The OLM Council became the Charter Organization for Cub Scout Pack 1857 in October of 2007.  The number "1857" was chosen for the Pack because it is the year that the city of Jasper, Georgia, was founded.  Currently the Pack holds many den meetings and all Pack meetings in the Parish Hall at the Our Lady of the Mountains Catholic Church.  These meetings are normally held on the 2nd, 3rd, and 4th Tuesdays of each month beginning at 6:30 P.M.
CCF Child Sponsorship

The council sponsors Marcos Antonio Ixcaco-Lorenzo, age 10.  Marcos lives with his father, Guilermo; mother, Tomasa; and siblings Bernarda, Maria Isabel, Maria Marciala, Maria Cristina, and Maria Veronica in La Merced, Guatemala.
