Triangle Puzzle

Narrative
You will design and manufacture a Triangle Maze game.
This project is designed to introduce you to the concepts of CNC.
In this project you will model and manufacture the game board.
The playing pieces are commercially manufactured golf tees.

Extrude, CNC codes, Contour, Machine set-up, Mass Properties, Fixtures, Stock, Tool Paths

General Guidelines
The game board will be manufactured from a piece of pine or butterboard.

A. What is the volume of your game board?

B. What is the area of the top surface of your game board?

C. How many board feet of lumber would be needed to produce 1,000 game boards?

D. How many golf tees would be needed for 1,000 game boards?
