Friends and Families of Prisoners

Most often, families of an offender can be described as ordinary people, good citizens, good neighbors, good friends. But this image changes when a family member is convicted.

Family of prisoners deserve support because they can be effective allies in creating safer communities. Plus they are innocent, unintended victims of crime.

Prisoners who maintain family ties have a significantly better chance in society upon release than those who do not.
