Natural food sources of anti-oxidants:

Vitamin E: wheat germ, nuts, peanuts, seeds, whole grains, rice, soybeans
Selenium: seafood, brewer's or nutritional yeast
Beta-carotene: : sweet potatoes, carrots, spinach, squash, kale, turnips, beet
greens, mango, papaya,
cantaloupe, dried apricots, mustard greens, collards,
spinach broccoli,
tomatoes, nectarines, prunes, tangerines asparagus.
Excessive alcohol
and caffeine is not advised but some studies have shown beer, (natural unfiltered) and wine to improve health. Green tea has
antioxidant properties. Avoid sugar and white flour.
