  • My grandfather was Eddie Owen Hamm b:Abt 1885 in TX, married Annie

Taft in Avery TX in 1906 and had 4 kids there: Katie 1908, Herman 1914,

Annie D 1916, and Dorothy 1922. He died Abt 1925 and was buried in an

unmarked grave in Avery with no cem. records. I think his parents were

Benjamin & Sarah and he had a sister who married a Smith and had a son

    named Will.

There was an Adolphus & Della Hamm who were kin but not sure just how.

They had several kids and the oldest was Albert Hardy -1900 who lived

in Marion Co. Both families lived in several parts of northeast TX but

    don't know where they originated.

Do any of you have info that includes any of these folks?

Not much to go on and can't seem to find anything on them!

    Appreciate any and all help.

  • Seeking parents and siblings of Joel Ham (1816-1874), who married Mary Emily Montgomery 23 Dec. 1840 in Carroll Co., TN. They moved to Yalabusha Co., MS the next year.

By 1858, they were in Titus Co., TX.

How was Joel related to S. C. Ham (b. 1834, TN) who lived next door with Green and Elizabeth Dowdy in 1860?
