These are the programs which are registered with the National One Church, One Child, Inc. and therefore eligible to vote on National One Church One Child business.

An official State OCOC Program is the traditional African American recruitment program, (governed by a board of directors consisting primarily of African-American clergy), having the primary mission of educating, recruiting, and advocating for African American families to foster and/or adopt our children who are in the states’ child welfare systems.  This Program may also provide other services in addition to this primary service of African American recruitment.
