Ocean Defenders Alliance (ODA) welcomes any and all feedback,
especially from scuba divers and boat owners who would like to join our alliance and/or know of locations of abandoned commercial
fishing gear along the Southern California coast line.
ODA is a volunteer organization - expert certified divers,
boat owners & operators, marine biologists, and animal rescue experts are welcomed to participate with our campaigns.
