Ocean Defenders Alliance (ODA) welcomes any and all feedback,
especially from Scuba Divers and boat owners who would like to join our alliance and/or know of locations of abandoned lobster
traps, line or commercial fishing gear located off the coast of Southern California.
ODA is a volunteer organization - certified divers (any level), boat
owners/operators, marine biologists and animal rescue experts are welcomed to participate on our campaigns.
