"If I have made you see one thing differently, I have accomplished my goal"

Welcome to Obs' Cafe, my little contribution to cyber space.  While I would never reveal my true age, I will say that I grew up living under posters that said things like, "Live day by day like a child in the sun", which evolved to "Hare Krishna, Hare Krishna, Krishna Krishna, Hare, Hare", and then developed into "MS means Myself".  I ran around quoting the heart shaped sticker that was stuck on our waterheater, which would now be deemed un politically correct, and giving everyone hugs and happy faces.   Evenings were spent, after a rousing dinner of protein complimentary Crusty Corn Bean Pie and Liver Chili, serving apple juice, reading, and just generally being a mascot at Mom's World Hunger Meetings.

I'm not sure when I started writing, but I started dreaming when I was small, and haven't ever given that up.  I have learned many things about myself while compiling these works, and I hope that your stop here helps you to know me a bit better as well.  This page is dedicated to all those friends and experiences, past and present, that have helped me to become who I am.
