If you want to print an application for Kindergarten Puppy Training Class that you can fill out and mail to us, first open and read the People Commands (SDTC Rules) document. Once you have read it completely, open, print, fill out and mail both the KPT Application form and the attached Puppy Profile form. Mail them, along with your check, to the name and address printed on the application. We will contact you to schedule your starting date.

If you want to print an application for Beginner Obedience Class that you can fill out and mail to us, first open and read the People Commands (SDTC Rules) document. Once you have read it completely, open, print, fill out and mail the Beginner Application form and the attached Profile form. Mail them, along with your check, to the name and address printed on the application. We will contact you to schedule your starting date.

After KPT (Puppy Kindergarten) and Beginner Class, you can take the Canine Good Citizen (CGC) test if you feel you and your dog are ready. If you're not quite ready and some further training is necessary, you can sign up for the Advanced Beginner Class. If you want to print an application for the Advanced Beginner Class that you can fill out and mail to us, first open the People Commands (SDTC Rules) document and read it. Once you have read it completely - open, print, fill out and mail the Advanced Beginner Class form and the attached Profile form. Mail the forms, along with your check, to the name and address printed on the application. We will contact you to schedule your starting date.

After the Beginner class or the Advanced Beginner class and passing the the Canine Good Citizen (CGC) test you progress to the Basic Novice class. If you want to print an application for the Basic Novice Class that you can fill out and mail to us, first open the People Commands (SDTC Rules) document and read it. Once you have read it completely - open, print, fill out and mail the Basic Novice Class form and the attached Profile form. Mail the forms, along with your check, to the name and address printed on the application. We will contact you to schedule your starting date.

After the Beginner class you can take the 8-week Rally Signs (Introduction to Rally) Class. Upon completion of the Rally class, you can apply for club membership. If you want to print an application for the Rally Signs Class that you can fill out and mail to us, first open the People Commands (SDTC Rules) document and read it. Once you have read it completely - open, print, fill out and mail the Rally Signs Class form and the attached Profile form. It takes some special thought to train small dogs successfully. Your techniques, your equipment, even your attitude needs to take their size into consideration. This class will begin with basic safety and social skills and then take you and your tiny tyke through an exploration of dog sports and activities geared to their size. The class will be limited to a maximum of eight participants. Once you have read it completely - open, print, fill out and mail the Small Dog Training form and the attached Profile form . If you want to print an application for the Introductory Training Class (for students at an advanced level who wish to train in Novice, Open or Utlity) that you can fill out and mail to us, first open the People Commands (SDTC Rules) document and read it. Once you have read it completely - open, print, fill out and mail the Introductory Application form and the attached Profile form.
