Fizzy,
more affectionately known as The Queen, was the one who
started it all for Oak Run. She was a "gift" to
me that I never regretted bringing home. From day one, Fizzy
has been the most loving, vivacious, stubborn, intelligent
Jack Russell we have ever met. Even now as a veteran, there
isn't anything she won't attempt, and give 150% in the effort.
She is alpha over every terrier here, and even the stud
dogs bow down to her. There is absolutely no question she
is The Queen.

Fizzy
has never been a conformation dog, but she has excelled
in everything else. She has been Champion and Reserve Champion
in racing and go-to-ground, over and over again, and has
even done well in agility. She has been the example for
all our young terriers to follow when challenging tunnels,
climbing trees, and moving down the race track. This old
girl redefines "form follows function". |

Long
since spayed, Fizzy still remains the matriarch of Oak Run.
She is the only one permitted to sleep with us, and this
privilege she guards well. |
