It's been a few days since the last entry. One reason for the time between entries is the Compaq Presario 4712 computer I work on now has video adapter problems. I think I have found an inexpesive solution. I ordered a 1 MB Jaton video card for $15.00 that will arrive at my work address around August 11th. I tried installing a hip new adapter from Best Buy on Friday night, but I think my system is just too old or something...I gave it my best shot and then thankfully Best Buy let me return it.
It's the weekend and I have been doing things with friends, which is another reason I haven't written till now.
Did you ever feel like part of you wants to lock the doors of your room and never venture back outside again? I think I would still order pizza & take out the trash and maybe once in a while sit out on the back step. Then there is another part of me that feels lonely - wishing for and wanting someone to be with.
Did you get riled up over that story about the little Cuban boy who was being fought over by his family members? I did. I kept the picture from the times of he and his dad reunited. 
In approximately 4 or 5 weeks I am taking a trip to the BEACH! I am really looking forward to being on the sand in the sun. Is my punctuation correct? I bet it's not. I wish I had paid more attention during sentence diagraming in school. I understand they don't teach that anymore - but it certainly helped me to make the most sense out of how a sentence is supposed to be put together. This is why I like poetic license - because according to poetic license you don't have to be grammatically correct - you only have to express yourself. Sometimes, that is a challenge don't ya think? In fact at times using the proper spelling & grammar is easier than expressing what it is you want to say.
