I live in an old, but nice apartment building in Chicago. This week the electric service is being upgraded with circuit breakers...a big project for a building this old I am told. I have a large (50 gallon) fish tank that supports 5 giant danio's, one gold fish, one tetra-type fish, one algae eater and two pocostomus. <---probably spelling errors here.
I also have two birds, a pair of paraketes named Blue-boy and Peace. Blue-boy is a male and Peace is a female. They are a happy couple and their cage is always open - they literally share the apt. with me. I like it this way. I also have one medium sized house plant that seems to be healthy.
My bed is a bunkbed that has a desk area where the bottom bunk would be normally. I like my desk/bed. I got it from my best friends who now live in the southern-most part of our state.
I have been living in Chicago for 5 years. Chicago is a good place to live, if you like being in the city, which I most certainly do. I do miss taking walks in the woods where I grew up sometimes though.
I have 27 tattoos which depict scenes from my favorite movie - Edward Scissorhands on my arms, neck and back. NOT! Just checkin to see if you were paying attention. he he
I do like the movie Edward Scissorhands though & the musical score.
I like poetry, which I mentioned somewhere at the top of this page, and poetic license.
Before this becomes a tawdry Singles Advertisement I will close off for the time being. And remember...a river rushes to the sea.
